Billing

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, check and all major credit cards.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when the technician has completed the work unless other arrangements are made. If you are a business and need to setup a net-30 account, please contact us.

Service Rates and Fees

How much do you charge?

We have very straight forward, flat-rate fees that are based on which geographic zone you are in, whether you are a business or residence, and the level of repair you require.

Our rates start at only $75.00 and vary based on the above information. You can get a specific rate by entering your zip code on our rates page.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees whatsoever. As long as you accurately describe the problem and there are no special circumstances, your rate will be the flat-rate fee based on area, location type and repair level. If your service looks like it will cost more that the initially-quoted flat rate, the technician will let you know before the work is performed.

What if you cannot complete a repair?

If we are not able to diagnose your problem, you will not be charged anything. The rare exception to this would be that if you grossly misrepresented your problem when you first contacted us; in this situation you may be charged a $40 fee.

If we diagnose your problem and you deny the repair because there will be additional costs (such as for parts), then you will be charged a $40 diagnostic fee.

What if I change my mind about the repair?

You may cancel a service call up to 2 hours before it is scheduled without penalty. If you change your mind after the technician is enroute or has arrived, you may be charged a $40 fee.

Once the technician has arrived, you are responsible for the service repair cost in the amount that you were quoted.

What if my repair is more complicated than I first described it?

If the service is going to require additional costs (such as for parts), the technician will discuss with you the cost. You may deny the repair, however you will be charged a diagnostic fee of $40.

Service Calls

How do service calls work?

After you contact us and describe the problem you're having, we will give you an idea of what it will take to repair and schedule a service call.

A technician will arrive to your house or business within the window of time scheduled and go over the problem with you. The technician will then perform the repair and discuss with you if there are any further problems as well as answer any questions you have.

After you have verified the problem is resolved to your satisfaction, you may pay the technician with one of our accepted payment methods.

How do I schedule a service call?

You can either contact us through one of the many available contact methods or fill out our online form to request a service call

How quickly can you get here?

Our turnaround time to arrive on site depends on current workload and number of upcoming service calls scheduled. We can usually make it out the same day.

Are there any hidden service call fees?

Our rates are flat-rate fees based on if you are a residence or business, where you are located, and what level of service you need. These rates include travel costs; there are no hidden service call fees.

What if you have to make multiple trips?

If your service requires multiple trips, the technician will let you know beforehand if there will be any additional costs and at this point you have the opportunity to decline.

Can I just bring my device to you?

At this time we only do on-site service calls. If you are concerned that you won't be available to remain on-site during the repair or otherwise concerned with having a technician on your premises, we also offer the option to pick up your device and drop it off after the repair is completed.

Do you do service calls after hours or on weekends?

We can be available for after hours scheduling, however it does cost more than our standard rates. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Privacy

What information do you store?

We keep records of our customers' names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, referrers, and past invoices.

What do you do with my personal information?

We will never sell or share your information outside of Logic Wrench. The purpose of these records is to provide better service for returning customers, tracking referral commissions and occasionally contacting you with information relating to Logic Wrench such as specials or consumer alerts.

Do you sell my information?

We will never sell or otherwise distribute your information.

Can you accommodate special privacy requests?

If you are concerned with your privacy or if your business has special security requirements for contractors, please let us know and we will make our best effort to comply with your needs.
